So How Does it all Work?

It's simple! Señor will arrive in good time to set up his equipment (around 30 minutes), preferably somewhere fairly flat. We don't need to be near water or electricity; Señor Paella catering is totally self-sufficient. If the weather's looking a little unfriendly, we can provide a small gazebo. Once 'The Entertaining Chef,' fires up the huge pans, your guests will be able to gather round to enjoy the spectacle.

Cooking takes around 40 – 60 minutes but Señor will ensure that your paella is ready to eat as close as possible to your chosen serving time. Until then, your guests will be entertained by the visual and aromatic spectacle of the large paella pan! Have a look here to get the idea. Remember, with Señor Paella, you won't get a catering service. You'll get an experience.

Traditionally, paella is served at weddings, parties, festivals straight from the pan. Sometimes the pan will be removed from the heat to a suitable surface from where guests can help themselves. The choice is yours.

Once guests have enjoyed the culinary delights of this wonderful Spanish tradition, Señor will discreetly fade away, along with all the equipment, leaving nothing behind for you to clear up.

All this means you can relax and enjoy the party, safe in the knowledge that everybody's having a good time. Not only that, there won't be any hectic build up or worrying about shopping, planning and preparing food, nor any painful clearing up process afterwards! And, unlike other forms of catering, we don't even need to step inside your kitchen.
